Shipping Policy 

• Order Fulfillment

  • Orders are fulfilled within 12-38 hours after purchase. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number at the email address provided during checkout.

  Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary based on the destination and state.

  • Most orders arrive within 5-12 days; however, delivery may take up to 20 business days depending on the destination.

  Delivery Delays

  • Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • Severe weather conditions

    • Customs processing delays

    • Carrier-related issues

  Package Delivery Process

  • If delivery to your house is not available (e.g., you are not at home), your package will be delivered to your local post office. You will be notified by your local post office via SMS or email with instructions on how to retrieve your package.

  Shipping Providers

  • For orders within Hungary, shipping is handled by Magyar Posta Zrt.

  • For international orders, your local shipping service will handle delivery to your address.

  Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to the following destinations:

    • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine

    • Russia

    • Belarus

    • The Gaza Strip region in Palestine

    • Ecuador

    • Cuba

    • Iran

    • Syria

    • North Korea

  Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Terminal Clothes is not liable for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, including wrong addresses or missing apartment numbers.

  Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Terminal Clothes is not responsible for stolen packages after they are delivered.

  • Orders held at your local post office for retrieval are not eligible for reshipment.
