How long does delivery take?
Shipping time is typically between 5 to 13 days, depending on the current workload of the shipping service and your destination. We produce items on demand for environmental reasons. Delivery time depends on your location, we have production warehouse in Dallas, Texas, Toronto, Canada, and our European locations in Riga, Latvia, Barcelona, Spain, and Birmingham, UK.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has processed, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your package by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email.
If you are ordering from Hungary, after you are provided with a tracking number, go to the Hungarian Post Service's tracking page and paste your tracking number there, you can do it by clicking here.
Is in-store pickup available?
Currently, we only offer home delivery. In-store pickup is not available at this time.
